Refund policy
Arcadian Living makes the final decision on each items satisfactory quality, understanding the expectation of a product is highly subjective and that each customer has a different perspective and definition based on their perceptions, understanding, and desires.
If the product is in good condition*, Arcadian Living guarantees the return of a new product within two weeks from the date the product is received
The customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the product to Arcadian Living.
Customers can request refunds/exchanges up to 14 days after purchasing.
Arcadian Living offers a 12-months warranty for all products and strictly abides by Australian Consumer Laws.
Arcadian Living offers returns and exchanges on all products as long as they are in good condition*.
*If the product has not been opened, is not dirty, scratched or dented, or if no unspecified noise is audible when it is shaken, it is declared to be in good condition from an external point of view
*Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@arcadianliving.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
